Year round sunshine

The real action takes place on the vast beaches during the day, when many visitors take to the ocean to enjoy diving or swimming in the crystal clear waters that contain countless species of colourful tropical fish, turtles and dolphins. Many head to Sal for the watersports as the island is considered to be amongst the top five locations in the world to windsurf, with kitesurfing and deep-sea fishing also extremely popular.

  • 30% upon the signature of the private contract
  • 10% upon completion of roof in April 2010
  • 10% upon flooring in October 2010
  • 40% on completion in March 2011

As indicated above, all contract payments will be deposited in a Developer’s lawyers escrow account and will only be released to the Developer when he has obtained the relevant building permit which will represent the beginning of the works and subsequent architect’s certificates against the different stages of the building works.
